      lucid dreaming diet?

So I have been keeping a bag of gummy worms next to my bed and I eat some before I go to sleep. For what ever reason the gummy worms make me wake up say every hour and a half and I eat a couple more and fall back asleep. (I know this isn't healthy) but it seem to me that I remembered my dream more when I eat surgar before falling asleep or back asleep. i read something about waking up multiple times will help you be more aware of the next time you fall asleep. My question is do you think it has to do with a diet of junkfood/surgar before sleep or do you think its something else like waking up multiple times that is effecting my recall and what I believe to be LD?

I think it's the waking up multiple times at night. The gummy worms are not needed, and as you say unhealthy.
You may say I'm a dreamer.

I would tend to agree that gummy worms are not needed, particularly for the LDs.

They might influence you to wake up more....but the effects overall may not be worth it.

Fish, avocados, grains, broccoli...all are good options to incorporate into your meals, and people report that eating foods high in B-vitamins help with recall, detail, and sometimes increase the likelihood of lucid dreams.

Why not just lucid dream about riding a giant gummy worm instead?

Well I am not so experienced but my diet ...hm? Well just an ordinary diet.... I try to make it as healthier as I can... though it's not really really healthy but at least I don't eat fast food. Well it's just an ordinary diet.... and I wouldn't change it for nothing.
