Sounds like Akathisia. Usually it's the result of a disorder or drugs, but meditation can alter brain chemistry and possibly enough to give you this. Or, you may have some sort of generalized anxiety, I don't know. |

Recently I have started meditating but am finding it quite difficult, as an unusual sensation has come to light. |

My vote would be for mild generalized anxiety. Luckily, lucid dreaming and meditation are both highly effective treatments for anxiety. Also, you may find that certain drugs might be contributing to this feeling. Even caffeine can cause this feeling for some. You would want to obviously consult your doctor before making any changes to drug dosages, but you could cut back on caffeine (if you do indeed consume any) and see if it helps at all. |
