I have two sounds up here:

The second one (v2) is probably the best one to try. I would like to know how it works as a visualization for you, does it annoy you or give you a headache, does it put you to sleep, is anything about it off enough to bother you even slightly? Especially of interest to me is if it helps anyone. So if someone uses this for say a week each time they start to repeat a habit, at the end of that time is the habit broken? Has the sound helped?

This was done completely in Audacity. I will be putting some tutorials up at YouTube and doing some more for astral projection, lucid dreaming, affirmations and higher states of consciousness. I need to polish my craft first though.
