I also noticed it once happened before I fell asleep, while I was training a meditation technique for WBTB, and when I did it at night (during WBTB), I didn't have that feeling
I guess the reason is, you already have enough melatonin because you've already been sleeping. So when you wake up for WBTB and meditate again, you don't feel that spot because the pineal gland doesn't need to produce more melatonin anymore
this is only a hypothesis of course. I could be totally wrong
Yeah well I hope it is. I dont think I could meditate properly if I wasn't relaxing my eye's fully, so that is already taken care of.:P Hmm.. yeah I wounder that too. Well who knows, your idea might be right. It sure was an interesting thought, though.:)
