I am going to a HUGE event at the Germain Amplitheater in Columbus OH. 428,000 tickets have been issued.
Someone please tell me about parking there and within a 1 mile radius. It will be on a weekday.

Well, the key thing to do is put your car in drive. Locate the parking area, and shift the wheels so they are in that general direction. Put the ball of your foot on the accelerator pedal and push it downward (not too much). Now, locate a rectangle where a car is *not* (that is important) located. Pull up to this spot. put your car in reverse (back in so it is easier to get out later). Then, shift the wheels and press the accelerater so that you go into the spot. Press the brake when you are at a sufficient amount into the spot. Make sure you are not crooked, if so, straighten out. Then, put the car in park, and put the parking break on. Leave the car, and lock it, but not before making sure there are no stranded children or animals, other people, etc., still in the car.
Good luck
:D
Problem solved, I was able to make hotel reservations one mile away. It will be a little bit of a walk, but well worth not having to fight the traffic both before and after the concert.
Who are you going to go see?
Yeah, Altaraxis covered pretty much all the basics on parking at the Germain Amphitheater.
