Ask me about Graphic Design

No, this isn't a "ask me about photoshop, illustrator ect" or "printing" or that sort of thing, but more graphic design as a profession.

We seem to have a lot of people designing graphics here, or putting their art into various mediums so I figure maybe I could offer some helpful information from my professional design experience, plus the countless books I have read on the subject.

So this could include things like art basics (composition ect), creative processes, visual communication ect. What makes good graphic design, what makes bad graphic design ect.

I took a graphic design class in high school and really liked it. I cant say I really remember anything from it.
