...sound you've ever heard. Simple enough.
For me, it wasn't one I heard first hand but rather in a movie. The sound of someone putting their teeth on a curb, just before being the recipient of a curb stomp (American History X). I don't think it was the actual sound itself, but rather everything the sound carried with it that made it the worst I've heard.
Probably the squeakiness of wet hair if you sort of pinch some in between two fingers and slide your fingers down... Every time I think about this sound, my ears start to feel very uncomfortable, and I have to try to shake it off somehow. It's happening right now as I type.. BLAAGGHHH.

O M G it bothers me SO much.

Not really a particular sound, but when listening to music with head/earphones, and the music only plays through one phone drives me NUTS. Not so much if I only put one in, but if they're both in and only one works. Insanity plea right there.

-scratching fingernails over a blackboard...
-when a blackboard chalk goes WHEEEEEEEEEEEE on a blackboard...
-when someone decides to stroke a balloon... or comparable sounds...
-when a MIDI file is being opened sometimes, I get this VERY annoying static noise... It is just for a split second, but it's hard enough to make you jump out of your seat...
And I bet there're tons more...
