Tell me what is the best diet pill?

I am looking to try to lose weight in 08 and I would like to use a good diet pill. Does anyone have any good recommendations? Something that has worked for you or someone you know? I am looking for something to burn fat and give me energy that is safe to use. Thank you all!

Ehhhh, diet pills. First i recommend seeing a doctor, they can usually tell you more about what exercise plans work, and if you HAVE to use a pill, then also see a doctor, we can only recommend without knowing anything about you, he can recommend one that will be safe for you.

I haven't heard any good things about diet pills.

How about eating less fatty foods, drinking more water and going for a walk every couple of days?

Well, the purpose of burning fat is to give you energy. If your fat stores exceed the energy you use up, the ideal solution is to exercise it away. You really don't need a pill for that, so I wouldn't mess with such things. Find a like-minded friend and go for a run every morning, it will be revitalizing, fun, and slimming!

Who seriously needs to be told that to lose weight they should eat less fatty foods and exercise regularly. It's common knowledge.
