A lot of physicality comes with working with improv, as it involves a lot of quick acting and thinking, so it's important to keep yourself sharp and on the move, and keep your brain active and going. This means if you take improv classes this summer, be prepared for a workout at the same time. I'll be taking a full day improv class or two at the end of this month, I'm pretty excited for it right now. It's definitely a lot of fun, I think you'd really enjoy it if you took the classes. |
