Tell me Are beautiful women meaner than average looking ones

Are beautiful women meaner than average looking ones?
I have had this theory that beautiful women are not as nice as "average looking" ones because they do not seem to have developed their personalities as much.
being as so men always seem to gravitate to them. Lavish attention and such.

"Average looking" girls, on the other hand,
compensate by being kinder, and developing their personalities in positive way.

I have met alot of beautiful women who are nice, but find they are not as sweet, and down-to-earth as the average or not so beautiful ones in most cases.

So maybe my theory is wrong.

Mean girls = Not attractive.

There ARE a lot of mean girls that are attractive, but there are just as much non attractive ones.

I highly doubt it. You probably are just unlucky enough to come across a bunch of "mean women".

It depends on the life that said "beautiful woman" has led. If she's been mistreated by men (or other women) who just take advantage of her, or has had to deal with the jealousy of her peers, she can become mean in an effort to protect herself. Now, there are some girls/women who are just awful.

There's no formula behind it. I know some fantastically wonderful beautiful people who are the nicest people you'll ever meet, and I've met valley girls who will put on stilletos to just step on your.

Couldn't have said it better myself. I know plenty of gorgeous girls that are incredibly down-to-earth... and I know plenty of not so attractive girls that I'd like to wrap their teeth around my fist. Your theory is wrong. ;)

Someone's attractiveness doesn't neccesarilly change their personality. It depends on how humble a person is.

It depends on how they handle their attractiveness, and if they are vain, etc etc.

I think it's more a matter of what they have to put up with from supplicating men. You know all those "oh, I'm in love with a girl in class but I've never met her - I just stare at her all day" creeps who post all over? One step up from them are all the guys who offer to buy them drinks and ask them out based solely on their looks. You could say that on average, the more attractive a woman is, the more guys she has to reject on a day-to-day basis, and being "mean" is really just the most efficient way to do it, because guys don't clue in on a "nice" rejection. Doesn't mean they're mean/bad/selfish people, but those guys who can't understand this sure like to rationalize about their personalities based on a single interaction. :P

If you're talking about girls, it might be possible, but not women.

Well many average girls were born, well average. And even though I agree most good looking girls are bitches, every once in a while you will meet the dream girl.

Really mean girls are flat out disgusting. I am mostly attracted to women who are not even smart enough to be mean. The less a woman says, the hotter she is.

In response to the thread in general, there does seem to be a correlation between a woman's looks and her mental prowess - the hotter, the dumber, but I'm not sure about bitchiness. All girls are bitches sometimes, regardless of looks.

Gender has nothing to do with anything. People are just assholes in general. All of us.

Although I'm like, RIDICULOUSLY good looking, and I'm pretty nice most of the time. So I don't know how that fits into this whole thread, but....I just wanted to let you know how good looking I am.

I was wondering earlier about the male stereotype saying 'shes gorgeous and she knows it!' Does that mean gorgeous women who aren't arrogant don't know they are gorgeus?

Nah, I think it's just more of a figure of speech.

In that pretty women who are arrogant show that they know it, and it makes it easier to make the declarative statement that she knows it.

Personally, I don't think that beautiful girls are mean, in general. It depends on a lot of things - not the least of which are the morals that the girl was conditioned with (which are getting worse and worse, as pop culture becomes more and more perverse) and, often, the cultural norms of the city/state you live in. You're most likely to find beautiful but stuck-up girls in big, commercial cities like Orlando, New York, Miami, L.A., etc, than in smaller towns.

Physical beauty only goes so far, though, and I've definitely seen the kind of girls that mysteryhunter is talking about. I don't care how hot a girl is, I've met so many girls that can be drop-dead gorgeous, but open their mouth for 15 seconds and become the ugliest person in the room.

what would physical appearance that someone was born with have anything to do wtih developing their personality? In reality, what is considered "beautiful" or not is just the perception of each individual. So the shape of one's facial features doesn't to anything to stop them from develping a personality. Maybe some women get over-confident about their looks and act self-absorbed but that doesn't mean they're mean.

Pretty woman tend to be more confident with themselves.
I would agree that definitely most woman who are more good looking are more mean or bitchy.

It all depends on how the person is.. you can't judge them on their appearance. Most hot chicks are naturally beautiful, its not their fault.
They can still be a great person.
People can get jealous easily of good looking people and then its the average looking one being a bitch. The hot one has to be extra nice to people to make them look past their image and not judge them as a slut or something.

I fall hard for bitchy girls! I guess it's their attitude, some girls just know they are beautiful and you can see it in their posture, the way they talk, the way they walk.. even if they are not hot, it makes them hot just by thinking they are hot. Take Paris Hilton for example. I think wether a girl is beautiful or not has a lot to do with wether she thinks herself she is beautiful or not. If you truly believe you are a hot girl, you will put on hot clothes and take care if your hot hair. If you truly believe you are an ugly girl, you will put on ugly clothes and put less time in your hair because you think it's ugly. We have this show on TV called 'Ugly Betty', and at the end of the show, ugly betty suddenly transformed into hot betty.. just by changing clothes and changing hairstyle

And yes I also believe that extremely beautiful women are usually meaner, but thats just because they are spoiled with attention.

I think that ugly women can't afford to be a bitch.

Your question is flawed.

If you're not very attractive, then you are more than likely to think that pretty girls are mean. Pretty girls aren't mean to hot guys.

But if you are average looking, then no, I don't think pretty girls are meaner than average looking girls.

It's a ridiculous stereotype.

Ugly/average girls have to deal with alot of shit too (being made fun of, shunned, jealously of pretty girls, etc.) so they aren't necessarily nicer, and to think so means your thinking is very limited.

Try looking at the big picture next time.
