But the color of pink in your avatar. That would rawk. C:
If I was a girl, with long hair, then I'd dye my hair pink every chance I got.

Sometimes, I wish I was a girl...except without all the bad stuff that comes with being a girl.
I would also get bright red contacts

      I'm weird, arn't I?

You're not weird trust me you aren't the only boy who feels that way.

Only difference between you and me is that im pretty serious about maybe one day going for it, becoming a girl...we'll see.

First off comes the gender therapist, which im soon going to contact...Not sure exactly when but, soon.

Not to be mean or anything, but a good thing about that would be that you could be whatever you want anyday.

You can wake up a decide to dress up as a guy or a girl and do whatever without people saying anything about it. I mean, I'm sure someone who doesn't understand why you do would ask questions, but once they understand, they would just go with it.

Unless I'm wrong about all this...then please, correct me.

Nah your not wrong, but in a way you're right...slightly

The thing is, im not sure I want to be a guy anymore, or ever if I do make the change to a girl ya know?

If I do the transition, I am certain I would stay a girl permanently...I never really enjoyed being treated as a man, or viewed as a man....I sort of resent all of these male expectations given out to us...

The whole "be tough" "be dominant"...thing

I talk to old friends alot and the more I do the more I notice how far away from masculinity I have drifted off from.

My friends always talk about women like this:

"Oh yea I had some alcohol and pussy last night"

I don't know about you but that kind of talk just pisses me off, makes women sound like a sex object the way they describe it with the words they use.

But anyways, you're not wrong, you were just slightly off lol

hmm, if I do become a girl...then I can have pink streaks in my hair without anyone caring! hehe

Also, the female hormones will STOP my hair loss in its tracks...the anti-androgen's block DHT from reaching the hair follicles...

Also the hormones would reduce body hair alot, it would make me grow breasts, and then it would change my body fat distribution to match a girls, then lastly my skin would become softer and smoother due to the estrogen.

      Sounds sweet eh?...maybe for me

Sorry but where does it say that all guys must act like idiots? Just because they say this doesn't make them any more manly, and I use that term loosely.

I don't speak like this, and neither do any of my friends really...

Anyhoo my hair is in the awkward stage at the moment, really bugging me and I had thought about stopping, but going to keep going, having some colour at the end of the month, will post update pictures then

There's a guy in my class... Extremely annoying in my oppinion, hyper all the time. I think he's gay, actually. Hangs out with the girls mostly.

One of my best friends calls him 'The hairstyler' because they always seem to be gay.

There you have them. There's the you-type and the trying-to-be-manly(-idiot) type.

But that's not really my point, I was thinking, that gay guy:
I have no problem with him, he's as feminine as feminine gets, yet he is still obviously a guy. I don't think he wants to change that, but that dosn't make him any less feminine.

If he stays like him, the manly man will call him gay.
If he changes sex, the manly men will call him gay even more, and the average person will get confused and quickly plumb him into the weirdo group.

Just a note, I hate it when my friend goes homophobe on the gay guy to be manly, it's just rediculous, and when I ask him about it he says something cheesy like "Well he's gay, lol"

Just food for thought. I say don't change to female, just be female. And if someone then looks at you like a manly man, do a ballet or something.

I don't know why everyone believes changing into a woman requires surgery, thats not the case just so ya know.

And please, don't tell me what to do with myself, but thanks anyway

      Hmm...
A guy who turns into a girl, and get's surgery done all over the body and everything, they wouldn't have all those things girls have like periods and stuff would they?

I mean, I'm not to sure as I never really read about it and didn't care to know, but guys can get surgery to get a...umm...you know...downstairs...?

You don't get surgery done all over your body hun, what you do is take hormones which reshape your body fat to match a girls, then you grow breasts, then your skins gets thinner and softer and a layer of fat goes under the skin to make it soft.

Then you lose most of your male body hair and the only last thing to do is well, the downstairs surgery, which NOT ALL TG girls get done in reality many choose to be non-op

Also from what I read, they make you more emotional, you seem to act more feminine with the hormones subconsciously...and you actually sweat and it smells feminine also, the hormones totally change your body chemistry to match a womans.

You will essentially, look smell and feel like a woman...but you cannot have kids or periods.

(if your feminine enough you'll look like a woman, that is)

People I talk to tell me I would definately look like a girl with "little" effort also, I hope they're right.

It means, no operation, but still a TGirl, ya get it? lol

Also, no you wouldn't get periods like real girls, but the hormones do make you emotional from what I read, also I read that you shrink an inch or 2 in terms of height with the hormones.

But the surgery is really optional, or if you REALLY want it, there are only 2-3 surgeries that tgirls usually get:

SRS, where they re-assign the genitals to match a girls which costs an arm and a leg
FFS where they do surgery on your face to make it more feminine (most don't do this)

(if you can look like a girl without FFS its best to just not get it done)

So I guess that could actually be viewed as a plus for guys if they want to be a girl. I mean, they might have the emotions still, but they wouldn't have to worry about having kids or periods.

Damnit, now I'm getting weird thoughts!

Anyways, I would actually like to know what it would be like to be a girl for a few days without having to get all that surgery done and everything.

I guess that's what dreaming is for huh?

lol weird thoughts like what, being a girl? nothing wrong with that!

You could actually be a girl for a few days without hormones or surgery or ANYTHING.

      Here's 2 ways:

      1) Buy girl clothes, a wig, shave all your body hair off and facial hair and totally get maked up and dressed and everything....thats ONE way

      2) Lucid dreaming, nuff said.

I'm opting for choice 1, to try it out pre-everything before i put my thumb down on the whole transition thing, its a BIG decision and shouldn't be taken lightly

as for #2, I WISH I could friggin LD, im trying!

The only thing about choice one is that I wouldn't really LOOK like a girl. I would only be dressing like one. I could probably pass as a girl if I had boobs and a female face.

Why do you think you wouldn't look like one just by dressing up?

It's not that hard to pull it off, just look at america's got talent, a hot guy dressed as britney spears..just dressed like her, and he REALLY looked like a full woman...and he was drop dead gorgeous also.

Do you have a really masculine look or something?

I know my face is sorta feminine and slightly masculine mix, so I think I could pull it off maybe, thats my goal first, to pass pre-everything....AND to see if I like it.

I have a good feeling I will like it, or love it probably...just being treated like a girl....looking and acting and being one...its just so right to me it seems.

In a way, being a guy and acting like a guy for me...is like miserable almost...I just hate having to conform to this body, being stuck in this like.....masculinity like expectation...I can't like be ME like this, ya know?

I just don't think I have that female shaped head.

And yeah, I did see that guy who dressed like britney. I would like to see a picture of him dressed as a normal guy though.

I mean, I can do things as a guy that I could do as a girl, I just feel like if I did do what I wanted, I wouldn't be thought as badly as if I did it as a guy.

I really do hope and pray that I will look great as a woman, I hope to god everything turns out okay...we'll see

First off, I gotta try what I said earlier...maybe this weekend or next I will do just that, get totally dolled up...

      so exciting!!

I probably could do what I want as a guy, but I don't want to be viewed as gay or anything. (Not saying gay is bad, I'm just not gay)

Well technically dressing as a girl is nowhere near gay, in my opinion the only thing that qualifies as gay is one man lusting over another man only.

There are plenty of cross dressing straight men out there who have absolutely no intention of sleeping with men period.

You MAY be viewed as a 'fag' by some but really though, who cares about what other people say or think? You are doing it for YOU and you alone.

If you aren't gay, no amount of words on earth should bother you then if you did dress as a girl for fun.

I say go for it! I am lol

Gah I'm just way to shy and self conscious or whatever...

I mean, sometimes we have this spirit week thing at our school where we do different things like each class weres a certain color or something, and sometimes we do a gender swap thing.

This whole gender thing is pretty interesting...

Wait, if you get a gender change, then would you be attracted to the opposite sex?

I mean, I'm attracted to woman, and let's say I got a complete sex change, would I still be attracted to woman? I would still think the same way as I did as a guy right?

Well, if you change gender wether its with makeup, or hormones..you still have the same attraction you did before the change, it doesn't change your orientation.

So for me, I'd be attracted to Men, Women, and Transgenders reguardless of my sex wether im male or female myself.

I hope that clears things up.

And yea, the whole gender thing IS interesting, for me its extremely fascinating and very um big thing in my life.

I mean, when you think about it...guys who transfer to a woman, would probably be getting lots of benefits. Don't have to worry about having unwanted kids, don't have periods...

But I could see how that would be weird if you were a guy and transfered to a girl while in school. So like if your in highschool with your friends and in gym class you get a sex change then you'd be changing clothes with all your friends that are girls...

Kind of weird...but not too bad
