Do not break eye contact. See how long this can last. Awkward.
We should start making videos in response to this thread and just stare at the screen...for like 10 minutes.
Lol sometimes i zone out or daydream and when i come back into my head it turns out im staring at someone. Usually get the whole "Wtf?!?" thing..... no cute smiles yet XD
If someone stares at you. Stare back.
It's fun.
LOL @ a lot of these posts
Seriously though, give her a quick grin, go introduce yourself when you get a chance. Simple right?
I just stare back, I find it an opportunity.
This has only happened to me once. It went on for a while but I never broke contact and we became friends.
As soon as I leave my house, not a minute goes by that I don't get stared at, until I go back home. This is because I'm a white chick in Korea. It was really, really, really weird for the first week. It actually kind of made me depressed, after the initial excitement. Eventually, I just started to ignore it. I only stare back if I'm pissed off that day about something, or if a particularly cute guy is doing the staring. That's it.
It's easy, folks.
I have a friend who is really tall, blond, with blue eyes, who went to China for a couple weeks. She said strangers were petting her hair as they passed by  I'd be totally freaked hahaha She didn't say anything about staring, but I'm sure they did. I can't imagine having that happen
Damn, just smile back. If she reciprocates then go from there. Who knows, they may be looking at the guy behind you, in which case you look like an ass lol
I stare straight back at there eyes, With a deadly cold stare, Then when they break eye contact i bounce up and down on my chair like i'm listening to a realy pimping song!
LOL. I know... Hahahaha
Don't worry about stares. Just let the haters hate.
I can tell a lot of the guys that answered this thread aren't too good with the ladies. Especially since they didn't even realize that by staring the OP means what I like to call "making eyes".
The girls of the thread have given the best advise; respond with a smile and if you can pull it off without looking sleazy, a wink. about 6 out of 10 times, if the girl was looking at you first, she'll come talk to you once you acknowledge her. Otherwise, she's probably expecting you to talk to her. Anything will work really; just go up and say hi and ask her name. Careful though, if this happens in a bar, there is a chance the girl is "drink fishing"; i.e. smiling at guys she thinks might buy her a drink.
