      Breathing Meditation

practice recognizing the unwanted anger when it begins to arise in your mind and then simply choose to let it go.

Learn how to deal with your angry thoughts before they turn to actions. Recognize your negative thoughts before they turn to a destructive force.

Thanks, I do love to meditate.
I will try to control it before it turns into a bad action.
I wouldn't want to do anything harsh to my loved ones.

      Thanks again.

You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.

If you are angry or frustrated, try not to bottle it in. I've learned from previous experiences that bottling it all up is not the best way to deal with anger. When the anger builds up inside you, it builds and builds until you let it out in an enormous burst, kind of like a volcano.

Like MysteryHunter said, meditation is the best way to deal with anger, as when the body is relaxed and calm during meditation, you will find that all of your angers will just 'melt away'. If you don't have the time to have a full meditation session, just practice breathing every time you feel angry or annoyed. Take deep breaths in, take deep breaths out. Close your eyes. Tense your arms, then relax them, tense them again, then relax them again. Do the same with your legs, face, feet, hands, buttocks, chest, stomach and knees until you begin to feel more relaxed. I find this very useful after a stressful day, helps me to zone out a bit.

I bottle it up because a twisted part of me very much enjoys seeing me in mental anguish.

I used to, because I was always curious of what I would do to someone when I let it all out. It never happened though, so I took it out on my couch.

By far, Mothra (in all of it's forms) is the worst kaiju of all time.

Shoot a puck around in my basement. Take my anger out on the puck.

Write. Write down how you're feeling and any thoughts that are going through your head. You could write a story about a character who's going through what you're going through. Get everything down on paper and don't worry about how it sounds or if it makes any sense at all. Just put pen to paper (or your fingers to a keyboard) and get things out.

It's a great way to express any emotion.

Or a punching bag. Kick it, hit it, try to strangle it. Just try not to picture someone in particular or you might be slightly tempted to act on it.

Yeah, and then you wonder, why the fuck did I do that? I must look like a mental patient!

I never get "arhhh crush everything" angry. However, I do sometimes get "Gahh fuuuck" angry when playing games and some other things. I usually just mumble profanity to myself and stand still for a moment, thinking about stuff, and then I go on with whatever I was doing.

Getting angry has never really been a problem for me.

All in all, what is anger?
Exerting much energy, salivating and even crying in anger.

Through great anger can come great realisations.
Inhibitions are dropped, and one participates in totality.
