      Yes, echo wants to surf...

      But I am afraid, I have a bad center gravity, I will fall...
      But is it that dangerous?
      And, is it that fun, or nerve racking?

      It's a lot of fun.

      Start on your belly, learn how to ride the wave that way first, learn how the fin helps stabilize you and how to go make simple turns. Then try it on your knees. Then you can stand up. It's best to have someone out there with you who knows what they're going.

      I wanted to take lessons, but I was afraid..afraid of open bodies of water, but it looks to fun.

      You can surf with a life vest on, it won't throw you off any.
