Record streaming video onto your computer. Is there a free program? Is there one that is mac compatible? How do you use it?

To be more specific... there is a video on facebook of me that i wish to record to my computer.. The kid who took the video lost the file.

You can use FRAPS.

I think on the unregistered version, you can only record up to a minute or so each time you press the record key.
