How many Beatles songs did Ringo Starr write and what are they?
Act Naturally, Octopuses Garden, Yellow Submarine, Boys, Honey Dont, Dont Pass Me By, With A Little Help From My Friends, and What Goes On.
Thats all I can think of atm, I dont think theres many more
Poor Ringo, never appreciated :(
Just a side note, my mp3 player is Beatles-exclusive :D
I have 641 Beatles tracks, lol.
Ringo is my second favourite Beatle, second to Lennon. Ringo just seems to have this great personality, and he gets so silly and funny sometimes when he just starts jamming out on the drums. Also, Yellow Submarine and With a Little Help from my Friends are two of the best Beatles songs.
Ringo only wrote Octopus's Garden and Don't Pass Me By. The other songs that he sang were written by Lennon/McCartney for Ringo to sing.
Snap! But yeah, that's true.
Anyway, since we're talking about Ringo, what's his real name.
Don't use Wikipedia. I'll know.
O.O I was thinking of the ones he sang :? Stop hassling me!
Richard Starkey hehe
No one is hassling you. He asked you which songs he wrote.
That's interesting, since the Beatles have "only" released 283 songs.
Yea, my mp3 has them by albums, so there are some doubles and triples, also i dont have the anthology, which may be part of it.
Which other artist and friend of the Beatles used the appregiated riff which forms a theme of the Abbey Road medley, and in which song?
I know the answer, just testing you. :P
hmm im honestly not sure...
my best guess is clapton and heres why:
listen to he end of "you never give me your money" and then listen to the second half of "badge" by cream (one of claptons bands) youll notice the riffs are very similar.
so clapton is my best guess and if i get this right, then damn.
Congrats. :P
1 2 3 4 5 6 7... I love that song.
omg im so good, that was a complete guess
1 2 3 4 5 6 7 all good children go to heaven
thats one of my favorite songs :D
Yeah mine too... I especially like the 3 aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahooooh middly bits with the deep lead guitar bending down... and of course that amazing riff...
It's so hard to choose a best one though, I change every day... Penny Lane, Hey Jude, Tomorrow Never Knows, Day Tripper, Ticket to Ride, A Day in the Life, I Am The Walrus, LSD, Getting Better, Lovely Rita, Here Comes the Sun, Helter Skelter...
There's no chance at all that they weren't the best band ever to be honest. So much creativity and melody...
My close second is Kevin Shields. I recommend you definitely listen to Loveless some time if you like the Beatles.
Why are the Beatles so much a boy-band? Why didn't they grow some more testicles?
