Either them or the snipers that keep you from being able to focus while fighting the giant monsters.

I've found that the mine gun is pretty effective...

But yeah their health is ridiculous.

You do realize you're supposed to use the rifle/w infrared scope to tell where the parasites are and shoot them? It only has 1 or 2 more parasites than a normal Regenerator.

Or you can peg the Iron Maiden's legs with a mine gun and it drops to the ground.

At that point, it's MP5 time!

(MP5 is my fav. weapon when maxed out right behind the revolvers.)

Hardest enemy? I don't find any enemy particularly hard except for "It" in hard mode. But I still haven't unlocked the S&W Model 500 in Mercenaries I've only got 5 stars with Wesker and 4 with HUNK (On all stages of course).

Actually, the shotgun works just as good. MP5? I didn't know there was an MP5.

Idk what you guys are talking about, I killed the Iron maiden just as fast as the normal Regenerators. Scope out the parasites on the front, blow his leg off with a shotgun, scope parasite on back.
