Yep, I gotta make sure they're doing it right!
Nope, never have.. never will!
Depends on the looks of the person doing the "sticking"!
No.. it's not what you think!! |

And experience it as a place to visit and play with reality.
You are becoming aware of yourself as a game master.

I watch it, it doesn't bother me at all. |
|
I watch just because I like being able to face head on any potential fear that might be there. If I can see a sharp little (and sometimes not so little) pin going into my flesh, puncturing a vein and drawing blood then I can do anything. When I gave blood I watched the entire bag fill up, it was intense. |
|
Starry starry night, paint your pallet blue and gray,
Look out on a summers day,
with eyes that know the darkness of my soul.
I always watch, just cause. It doesn't bother me, needles have never bothered me. The only thing thats kind of weird, is actually watching the blood fill up in the needle. It doesn't bother me that much, it's just kind of odd to watch as your blood as being drained.... |
|
I'll go ahead and state that all of us that watch either fuck with needles, or will in the future, or did in a past life. |
|
I'm fine with watching other people put needles into me or draw blood. |
|
You merely have to change your point of view slightly, and then that glass will sparkle when it reflects the light.
I always watch. It's kind of fascinating how quickly the blood flows and fills up on the other side of the needle. |
|
I watch, because it's fascinating watching a liquid disappearing into your body, or appearing from it. |
|
Successes, Goals, Targets. It comes down to one thing. Will. Ponder that word. It's one thing that stands between a 10-year old and a Master's degree. It's one thing that allows you to exist, and continue exist. Ask your mom. _________________________________________
I don't like watching when I give blood, BUUUUUUUUT I have had a couple of opperations on my toe and watched both of them, was weird but because I couldn't feel it, it didn't really bother me |
|
It was fun, I have pictures too, which I took from my phone lol |
|
I was watching the last time I was having an IV put in when I had surgery on my toe a couple of weeks ago. The nurse kept missing the vein and thus had to kep jabbing it in, and while I don't fear needles and didn't feel tense, I must have just automatically braced for the discomfort and stopped breathing because when she said "Oops, I think I just went through it," I got light-headed, nauseus, and fainted. I apparently I went really pale and scared the student nurse (it was only her second day there). |

I've never had my blood drawn. Not going around and getting sick like you crazies are. |

Yeah, so that crazies with sicknesses can get blood, leading back to my original post. |

I said yes, but I love watching. I think getting my blood drawn is one of the coolest things in the world. And I got allergy shots for 6 years, so getting shots is no big deal and I like to watch that, too. It's just interesting to me |
|
I used to be a pussy but now I look at the doctor and tell him "make sure it's in nice and deep" and then watch it go in and I say "wow it feels bigger than it looks" and then when he's done I say other various things. |
|
Everything works out in the end, sometimes even badly.
I always watch because I find it interesting. |

- No sir, I'm a dreamer.

I usually stare straight ahead and focus on not suddenly moving my arm. I usually freak out if i expect pain, so I prefer to just have the vague "sometime in the next five or ten seconds... ouch" expectation rather than the "half second, quarter second, 1/8 second, 1/10 second, skinmust be pain augh!" and end up getting half a needle broken off in my arm. |
