Emo is a big stereotype. Wearing black and eye liner seems like the minimum needed to be called emo.

The way to get rid of these stereotypes is for people to stop being so damn sensitive to them. Learning to laugh at yourself and realize that people make racist jokes that are just jokes is good for society. No one gets offended when Lisa Lamponelli makes some of the most racist jokes I've ever heard because everyone knows that they are just jokes.
