You should know that you should have spayed her sooner. :D
She's going to smell, and she's going to spread that smell to everything she touches. I'd suggest keeping her confined, or outside, unless you want everything in your house to smell like a cat in heat for weeks. I believe they also, um, leak fluids. Could be wrong on that.
Maybe Burns or Shift can pop in and give you more information.
Heh, that's not 'farting'. You'll see soon enough, I suppose. These links may be of some help:

Have fun. :)
I never had any problem with my cats when they were in heat. Except their litter boxes- which always had poop that looked like it was red with blood and very smelly.
She will likely be extremely affectionate and more playful (don't be mad or surprised if she "bites" you on the nose or chin- there signs of affection and usually not hard.
The most annoying thing I had to contend with were horribly loud meows- the female calling for a male.
Be sure to keep her inside or you will get kittens more likely than not.
Oh boy thanks MoS and Zhaylin :) . Luckily we called the vet early so we got it in just now.
If we waited any longer we could of had to wait all weekend :D
one cat in heat will attempt to rape another cat that has been previously spayed. Just a warning people.
Send a PM to Burns.
Thanks :)
