Without major body work, you could put a ground FX kit on it that probably shouldn't be all that expensive. I couldn't tell you how much, though. Aside from that (and probably the most dynamic change you can make for starters), you might want to throw some sporty chrome rims on there. Whether 18's or 20's, a TL (awesome car, btw) will look sick with some nice custom rims on it. It's been ages since I've gone around looking for rims, though, so I couldn't even tell you how much you could get a nice set for. Shop around, though. I know there are some good deals out there.

'Preesh Onieronaut. I was also thinking about some new rims. I have a feeling the body kit may be out of my budget but we will see. That picture is really awesome looking too. I think I will start out with some window tint which will hopefully help my car be a little cooler on the inside for the summer (black leather seats.) I'll definitely look around.
