Anyone know how to get grants?
Specifically to rehab a set of rowhouses in my neighborhood that have been on and off the market of about 6 years now and it's most recent listing was for $3500 and I can potentially buy it for $1 because it's owned by the city.

I've got construction and rehab experience and have friends that would be willing to help and rent it from me when it's done.
It's a beautiful building and I don't want to see another building in my city be demolished due to lack of care.
It's most recent owner tried making each house(there's 4, if you couldn't tell) into duplexes for a total of 8 units, but I'd want to bring it back to the original 4 units. I'd probably end up living in one with a few close friends and renting out the rest.
