They're called Reuben sandwiches. You use corned beef, rye bread, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese and Thousand Island dressing.
Pizza can actually be really easy to make, you just need to expect to fail the first few times as you learn how to handle dough and yeast. It also works out being much, much cheaper than the chains charge you for a pie. Find a good dough recipe like this http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Jays-Si...st/Detail.aspx and you should be set until you get sick of throwing random things onto crust.
Hey i just thought of one...
Quesadillas... You only need tortillas, and cheese... you can add chicken, beef, veggies, really anything you want. hey throw in some beans, rice, and sourcream and you got a burrito!! :D

Yeah, we usually make chicken or shrimp fajitas (tortillas, sauteed onions, peppers and mushrooms, cheese, salsa, sour cream, home-made guacamole). Cheap, and amazing.
Hamburgers/cheeseburgers are always good and easy.
Buffalo wings. Just learned how to make these, and they are awesome. If you know how to fry, these are easy as hell. Let me know if you want the recipe.
