Okay, when you're really angry, you just have to like chill out. Take deep breaths, close your eyes, relax. Think of happy stuff. Then when the tension is like gone, use the IPDE process, which is : identify, predict, decide, and execute. People usually use this process while driving but you can apply to anger too. Identify the problem, predict what might happen if you choose this or that, then decide on the best thing to do, and go forth!
