      Tell me which book to choose.

      So I have found two interesting books by Anna Wise.
      These are:
      The High-Performance Mind
      and
      Awakening the Mind: A Guide to Mastering the
      Power of Your Brain Waves

      Both are the same price but the second one is newer. It's from 2002 while first is 1997.
      Has anyone read any of these books?
      If so then which one is better to pick?
      Please help. I'm a bit confused.

      The newer one will have information that is way more up to date. Definitely buy it.
      Or, if you can, try to find a similar book that is even newer.

      I'd choose the newest; both might have the same topics but AtM might have more updated info on those topics.
