Hey guys!

I just got back from my first 90 minute yoga class in a 98 degree room! I was sweating like crazy but I did pretty good for my first yoga class ever (there was a fitness instructor who actually got so dizzy she had to sit down)!

I thought I'd try yoga as I heard it was good for stress, depression and for improving the overall outlook on your life.

So does anyone here do yoga, and if so.. 1) what do you like about it and 2) how often do you go?
