When you guys say that you remember 5 dreams a night, do you remember all five of them in the morning? Or do you wake up at various times during the night and write them down?

Remember all the dreams the next morning
Often waking up in the middle helps to go over it, for memory retention

With each dream you have you are less likely to remember the one previous to the next, especially in any detail. So it is definitally a good habit to write them down as you go.
It is natural process for the brain to not retain dreams unless you condition it otherwise. So you brian begins its deletion process as each new dream accurs.
Writing down your dreams is part of the conditioning process. :)
Exactly. I do remember 7+ dreams nightly if I just go off of memory in the morning however I remember alot more if I write them down nightly also in much better detail. So I would suggest making the effort to write them down in the middle of the night.Quote:

sometimes i remember the dreans later in the day, but usually always in the morning if vivid enough.
I think that is cool when an accurance during the day sparks a memory of the night/dream before. You are then ......Wow I remember that now, and in turn more recall usally comes. :-PQuote:
