Well, like the title says...anyone have actual consistent results with DILD/MILD methods? I feel like its all really just a luck of the draw type of thing. With WILDing, I have pretty consistent results, about 70% percent of my attempts results in lucids. Anybody acheive like results with MILDing?
I tried ALOT of times to MILD...But this technique is keeping me awake. Never got good result with this technique...It's a shame cause it was created by Stephen Laberge and I read the book ''Exploring the world of lucid dreaming'' (by Stephen Laberge) couple of times...
I got alot of DILD...The Reflection Intention Technique is perfect along with my favorite dreamsigns to realise I am dreaming in my dreams.

MILD works pretty consistently, if you do it right. It takes some practice to build up your prospective memory. Once you can clearly imagine what a lucid dream feels like, you just have to remember to do it next time you're dreaming. It takes a bit of practice to be able to recreate the feeling of a dream, and the feeling of a lucid dream, in order to lock in your intention.
It works pretty consistently, for me. It takes me a few days or weeks to gear up for it. Once I develop some momentum, the lucid dreams just keep rolling in. Unlike WILD, I can't just spontaneously decide I would like to MILD.

2 that I've logged, I don't log all my dreams, and that includes non-lucid ones. By the time I realized I was doing MILDs and not simply DILDs, I'd already mis-marked numerous logs, which I never went back and fixed. Now I'm not saying all my lucids are MILD, but it's the only method I use to get lucid anymore, besides DEILD. I've found that each time I use autosuggestion with the intention of MILDing, it has succeeded.
But it won't make any difference to you. You need to find the method that works for you. Loaf posted this article on the efficiency of a well-trained DILD-oriented oneironaut.
Now when you're speaking of consistent MILDS, have you noticed better results when doing a WBTB with the MILD? I would assume so, but I'm just wondering.Quote:
