Every night I wake up having to use the bathroom. The past couple nights I decided I should try a WBTB to get a lucid dream. As I went back to sleep, I kept thoughts of having a lucid dream and doing an RC in my mind. But both nights I just ended up having dreams about talking to other people about LD's, and I never realized I was actually in a dream. Help?

Patience is the key in lucid dreaming. Noone masters a skill over just a couple of days. The brain doesn't work like that.

During your WBTB try focusing only and only in dreaming lucidly. Do a lot of RCs.
With practice, you will get it very soon.
Well, I do RC's in real life all the time so that ill try it in a dream by instinct, but so far it hasn't worked
When you RC in real life, do you really evaluate your surroundings? Do you challenge yourself to prove why you're not dreaming? That's the secret to effective RCs.
