dream of someone who died

hi last night i had a dream that my boyfriend died and he died tragicually with my friend the only thing is my friend did die tracicually last month but with another one of my friend not my boyfriend. i dreamed that i was speakin to her when she was dead i could see her and it was exactly her. she was telling me about her crash. and we had a conversation then she said goodbye, then my boyfriend come along he was dead but talking to me. does this mean i will die please help xx
