Movement & WBTB

Hey everyone,

Recently ive been trying WBTB with good results for the most part, but ive encountered a problem. when i wake up for WBTB, i go upstairs to get a glass of milk because i sometimes have a hard time falling asleep again after waking up for WBTB. should i limit my amount of movement when i wake up in the mourning? should i limit lighting in my room as well ?
