ok, so i had a successful DILD a couple nights ago and it was awesome, but i want to try WILDing. I have tried WILD once and i started feeling vibrations and noises so i backed out, but i found out thats part of the process. But i forget the method i used. I could really use a good one, whether its your own or a popular one, i just want to experiment. Thanks guys and gals!:shadewink:
Do it in conjunction with the WBTB method. For me it really improved the speed at which HI and vibrations appeared.
You should try the classic WILD first before you move on to other variations. Sometimes people overcomplicate things.
I agree with Elucive, just try the normal WILD, try some relaxation methods and counting your breaths though to keep your mind aware :)
try tensing up every part of your body then relaxing them, it works really good :D
WBTB/WILD is good, and even if you fail, there's a chance of having a DILD. Don't completely ignore that technique when you start working on WILDs.
