How can I WILD without having to mess up my sleep schedule?
ok so I only get like 8 hours of sleep at night and I don't want to wake up in the middle of it just to lucid. I'm willingto take 30 minutes or so to fall asleep, but what is a good method to induce WILD when you go to bed besides lying still and taking deep breathes. thank you!
Why can't I realize I am dreaming?
ok, I have had one lucid dream, and that was few days ago. Since then, I have had ridiculous dreams, but I don't even think to RC. I have been MILDing because thats how i achieved lucidity, but I am thinking a mixture of DILDing and MILDing is the best thing to do. What do y'all think? I need a method to let me realize to do an RC, but i can't really afford to lose sleep, so none of that please. I had a semi dream construction when I did a variation of WILD. I laid still and breathed in 50 times slowly, then imagined a great amount of pain slowly throughout my body, then i took about 50 more deep breaths. Then i got a really big sense of spinning and vibration and i saw like a dream beginning in front of me, but i sorta freaked out and woke up. I did that with no loss of sleep or anything. I did it right when i went to bed around 10 at night. What do y'all think will do best to help me achieve lucidity again. Thanks so much in advance!
