Has anyone tried the Lucid Dreaming Kit offered by Bradley Thomson (via the advert called 'Incredible Lucid Dreaming' at the top of this page? Before I buy it, if anyone has used it, can they say whether it is worth buying or not, i.e. does the kit work?
This seems to be a decent review of the Kit. I haven't used it myself, but I'd be skeptical if I were you. Lucid dreaming can be achieved through hard work (which mainly involves keeping a DJ), and I'm leery of anyone who's charging for a course like that.
I purchased this kit several years back, but it made little difference to me.
You will find everything you need to learn to have Lucid dreams for free on this site,
I would recommend you save your money.

Dreamer242000: re. the binaural CD that comes with the kit, do you have to play it through earphones when you go to sleep or play it aloud through a speaker?
