FIRST time LUCID dream! READ for the method i used!!!
Sooooo... I FINALLY got LUCID! For the first time! It was very exciting. I was running around blocking my nose and it felt really weird to breath like that! The weird part was whenever i did the reality check everyone in my dream just stopped and stared at me( like inception), but i think since i watched inception too much my mind automatically made the dream charcters stare at me. So i was controlling people in my lucid dream! The method i used( dont know if it already exists): anywayys... it was like 3:00 A.M and i was really sleepy. I got to bed and i imagined stuff, like being in school and flying, while you are imagining this, put in a thougt about lucid dreaming. i fell asleep and i had a dream similar to wat i was imaginging. Since, it was similar i realzed this, and i was running around excited, did my reality check and i became. As soon as i did the reality check everything became really bright, and i hear this noise similar to the epic music in inception!!! IT WAS AWESOME!!! I was sooo excited that i was running around and i forgt all about flying and banging any girl i saw. Second day, i did the same thing. this time i had a dream kinda woke up did the same method, but i felt my body lying in bed, and i also felt my dream selfperforming a reality check because of the same sensation i felt yesterday. i felt my dream body, but everything was dark cuz i was closing my eyes and i couldnt do anything, i didnt try to move because i was close to getting lucid? i dont know. but this is the closest i have gotten to acheiveing lucididty and i am very excited. Ive tried WILD, FILD, and oher sht, but it didnt work. So i think differnt people need to use different methods for getting more percentage of lucid dream.
