I think ADHD might pose a problem
I have ADHD (not bad at all, I can concentrate on just about anything unless I reeeeally don't care about it. Like school :shock: ) and I think that's a stumbling block for me. I have the hardest time keeping my mind set on something when I'm attempting a WILD or other induction method. I abruptly end up in the dream state with no memory of transition and wake up later feeling slightly annoyed.
I'll keep practicing my reality checking habits in the meantime.
Anyone else with ADHD have methods they've found to work?
