My first WILD attempt, but ended up MILDing, need help.
I went home in the afternoon, and tried the SP induction and not move. I did so and there wasnt too much sounds or HH, but my body got numb, then a wave hit, but it wasnt very huge like people are saying, eventually i waited and got a BIG wave, but i wasnt fully SP'd and i dont know why? So i then didnt know what to do, so it was a failed WILD, but im going to try this afternoon.
A question, im getting my body asleep and mind awake, so i live with my family and my bro will NOT shut up, does it matter if there is external sound? Because it keeps the mind awake? or is it not good cause i may focus on it?
AFTER FAILED ATTEMPT, AT NIGHT:
Hey guys, i htink i had my very fist Lucid dream that i consciously know of. But i dont think i was fully conscious... Or it was semi lucid, because it seemed kind of fuzzy, and i think i went with the plot sloowwlllyyyy losing lucidness. I didnt even know i was lucid though. Many times in the dream i would say to myself, Fuck it its a dream. Even though i consciously was unsure it was....
It was wierd, im not sure if it was a mixture of many things, i got up at 4:30.... i think that was too late, ill try 3:00 tonight. So it was a WBTB, then i tried this SP, i still feel waves but they dont fully paralyse and my body hardly sends signals to test my mind.....
So im think its possibly a MILD, but im guessing a WILD is better because your conscious the whole way though, and so i dont think it would be fuzzy, i think it was all semi vivid, but i'd love for it to be completely vivid.....
Any ideas guys? I DL'd a mp3 with the beeps, so i hope to wake up at 3:00 and use it, i tried last night, but i couldn't get back to sleep before the first beep, so i had to turn it off.......
