MILD visualisation
Hey everyone,
I've looked around a bit, and nowhere really describes the MILD visualisation in a detailed way.
This is correct? ...MILD visualisation is just like DILD but before sleep you visualise that your going to control your dream and you imagine yourself become lucid inside a dream, before you go to sleep.
Is that simply it? Or am I missing anything?

Visualize where you want to go, then repeat your matra "The next time I dream I will realize I'm dreaming" over and over again in your head , until you fall asleep. The guide is under the normal MILD tutorial near the bottom of the page. Good luck this is how I got my first lucid. : )
