You are supposed to keep your mind awake - by visualization (beach in this case), or counting, or other method - while your body fall asleep.

Thanks, Percy. I'll try this visualization. I'm in trouble finding a way to the dream with WILDs, I'll try this tonight for sure, and tomorrow at afternoon, when I'll take a nap.
Yes I did and I use the counting method. I just didn't understand how the beach method could work. And also, you said you would try that method tonight. I've always heard that you can only WILD after you wake up or before a nap. So is it true that you can WILD before bed?

I have told about lucid dreaming to a friend. This friend, is using WILD, and he always have success before bed. I did sometimes, I get SP and HI, but my problem is the transition to the dream. It may be harder than during the night, but I find that I have better focus on the technique before bed than after waking up during the night.

By the counting method, you loose focus very, very easy, by the beach method you uses all your senses, and get a better focus on it.
