I have tried MILd countless times with varying results that arn't very consistent yet it's mentioned everywhere. Have you had sucess with MILD does this work for you? And if so please tell me about it! :?

I've had it work once in the past, what I do though, is before I go to sleep, I keep repeating to myself "I will know it's a dream" over and over, until I am asleep, and usually when I am in the dream, Somehow my brain clicks that it's a dream, and it turned lucid. See if that works for you

i've been doing the tech for only a week though and my dream recall, and vividness has increased greatly so .. i dunno .

Mild is a proven technique. It works consistently when the method is followed consistently. Any variation in results is caused by small variations in how the technique is performed, and difference in your state of mind. Some of this is hard to control, do your best to keep things consistent.
