Any good tips on getting out of a dryspell? What are your techniques?

Hey!

So, I got into lucid dreaming about 2 months ago. It went really good, I had four lucid dreams in three/four weeks, a WILD and three MILD's/DILD's... For the past three weeks, however, there has been nothing.

This night, I recalled 3 vivid dreams and a fragment (recall: check), all with lots of dreamsigns and possibilities of reality checks... Yet, I didn't get lucid at any time. I perform CONSCIOUS and VARIED reality checks throughout the day, I usually get 7-8 hours of sleep per night... Why have my lucids suddenly stopped?

Even when I fall asleep each night, I am rather confident that I will get a lucid. This is becoming harder, though...

What to do?

Hi, I´m going through the same thing. One LD one month ago then nothing. But I´m beginning to notice dream signs are becoming more and more exagerated and sometimes when I wake up I think how could I not become lucid as if bizzare things and dream characters were slapping on my face telling me to become lucid. I thing we should not have too much expectations and try to be relaxed.
