Question about wild and being lucid

Ok, I'm so happy that I am progressing so much with lucid dreaming. But this morning I went in and out of having false awakening and performing wilds. Sooo... First I performed a wild and I started kind of singing in my mind but then the songs came to life in my mind. Then I heard a guy talking to me. After this I started spinning and I opned my eyes and I was on my bed, but my bed and bedroom was flashing from being dark to being glow in the dark. And I was too tired to even move let alone open my eyes that much. And then I woke up. My question here is, why was I so tired feeling and why did the dream fade so quickly. Another wild question is if I just woke up from two false awakening and then I begin to wild again and then nothing happens, does that just mean my rem is over? I woke up and had a false awakening, then another and then I woke up again for real. But I layed there and I started hearing this lady talking and then I decided to think of my binarual beats, and I started hearing that and the ocean. Then I decided that this is it, I want to go into a dream. So I let go of all my thoughts and I starting floating up and then nothing. I woke up. Could this happen because I wasn't at the right rem period or not even in a rem period?
