First off I'd like to thank everyone who helped me in this forum :) becuase of you I'm now able to successfully WILD during a nap. But here's the thing... I have two or three lucid dreams but they only last ten or fifteen seconds. How do I extend that time?
Practice, that's what I always did. And now I can have a lucid dream whenever I want, and even leave off where I started on the last LD I had.
There's no technique I can use to help make my lucid dreams longer?
A lot of people seem to have problems with length in WILDs. There are multiple things you could try, but really it all comes down to personal experimentation. Try to experiment with stabilization for it. Dreamspinning, rubbing your hands, and activating as many senses as you can are the most popular methods. Keep us posted if you ever are successful with getting a lucid with some decent length!
