problems with my legs in LDs

Well i had a brief WBTB/DILD last night and i was focused on flying, well i was gunna get a running start but it seemed like i was only running in place really slow, like the land was sliding back when i pushed forward. after that i bent my knees a bit about to push off with alot of force but is soon as i tried it felt like my legs just became weak, like i barely pushed off at all, i only got like a 10ft jump, then i woke up. Why would this happen? This is the first time i ever had a problem with my legs in any dream

Happened to me once but not in a lucid, I remember that I was trying to save somebody from alligators in a pool, I was running damn slow although i was taking my powers to the max, it happened to be that my voice was hardly coming out while screaming too .
