First off I have only had one LD, and it was like 30 seconds, and by accident, but I am sure I will get it to work extremely soon, so I might suggest doing what I do (I don't know what you do for WILD, hopefully it's something different as this seems to work very well for me) Focus on your breathing, I just say in my head "In, out, in, out" with deep breathes, and then by focusing intensely, I can usually almost get to the dream, but so far I havent known what to do after that :P but I figure I just need to let myself fall asleep without over thinking, and it will work. So yeah focus on breathing has seemed to work wonders for me, seeings as I could never even get close before :D
