Setting lucid goals = lucid same night

So about three days ago i wrote down my first lucid goals here in my signature and the very same night i had a LD and the only things i could remember to do was the goals i had written down earlier.

You can write down your goals in your signature or on your journal or a piece of paper.

I agree wholeheartedly - a goal is necessitated by intention. And intention, in my opinion, is the most important prerequisite for successfully achieving lucidity.

Well I was able to remember one of my goals in a dream this morning but I got distracted from it....
