After attaining lucidity
So I attain lucidity quite easily whenever I want but lately most of them really short. Most of the time I'm looking for my DG and after 70 lucids still nothing...About a month ago I had a weird lucid in which I asked a DC (politely) if she knew where my DG was.She responded (rudely) that he'd abandoned me and that he was on vacation, then started making fun of me...:(.I don't kknow what that's supposed to mean but anyways.I was wondering if it's possible that my subconscious doesn't want me to be lucid or find my DG?I'm not sure but I think I've heard this can happen...And how can I overcome this?

Okay...I'm going to provide the skeptic's view here, so if you're looking for something a little more unscientific check out the Beyond Dreaming forum and the folks there can prolly give you some insight.
That said, I would immediately throw out the idea that your subconscious "doesn't want" you to find something. Science is still debating on the nature (or even existence of) the unconscious mind, but it's safe to say that your unconscious mind is not a separate cognitive entity with its own wants and desires and goals.
Now I'm not sure if you consider your "dream guide" to be a manifestation of your unconscious mind or some kind of dream-entity, but remember when you walk up to a DC and ask the question you are the DC as well, and you are answering yourself. So I'd try to outline what it is you think the DG is, and what you expect from the DG. You may not be inventing the DG because you haven't really nailed down what it is you want from that specific character.
