It actually works. Your should really try it. By the third dream you will remeber everything. My last Dream Jorunal had soooo much clarity and color! it was amazing. only thing that sucked was that i cant swim. so when i fell in the water i just floated thru it like a submarine.:banana:

Old news, DrunkinDreamer. A decent portion of this site is revolving around it, so I don't see any point in saying something that has probably been said thousands of times before. Sorry, but it's true.
sure does mate. for some people just doing that is enough. if it isnt then going back over the dreams to find the recurring themes or dreamsigns, then incorporating these into your daily reality checks should do wondersQuote:
