if i sleep at 1 AM and wake up at 6-7 AM, wont it be hard to fall back asleep after 30 minutes for my WBTB? do you guys have difficulty falling asleep because being conscious and alert for 30-60 minutes can really wake you up...

The point of a WBTB is really to just wake up the logic center of your brain, so it'll be easier to realize that you're dreaming. It's best to stay up until you become awake, but not so awake you'll find it difficult to fall back asleep. It might take some trial and error. Some people only need five or ten minutes, while others need 30 minutes or so.
