Uneasyness once Lucid
I've gained lucidity for the first three times in the past week or so, however on all occasions i've spurned the chance to have a proper LD:
-The first time i was trying to enter SP (i may have already been dreaming) and suddenly i felt my body float up to a standing up position, every thing was black, i then felt my knees give way but i was still being supported up, i didnt know what to do.. i then woke up...
-The second time i was having a bit of a weird dream, to cut a long story short i was chasing my friend, i realised i was dreaming so i pointed and shouted stop, he did and i caught him, i didnt know what to do as i didnt really want to go wandering around this weird dream, and in my stupidness decided to wake up ..
-Third time i woke up in my bed, did an RC and realised i was dreaming, again i guess i felt a bit uneasy, everything was blurry and i felt dizzy, i tried to focus on my hands to make things clearer but it didnt work. I decided to try and fly away but it didnt work... I then woke up..
I would greatly appreciate any advice. Ive been trying at this lucid thing for ages and this has been my only run of luck

Stabilization techniques for when you are already in a dream. Check them out.

Try rubbing your hands together or spinning in a circle.

In my second LD where I was more aware, I had a false awakening. RCs proved to me I was dreaming and I proceeded to stabilize myself by yelling out to the dreamworld that I was dreaming. It helped. I think affirming anything helps. Saying very clearly things like 'I am dreaming.' 'I am lucid' 'I am in control'.
Ect.
Mind you I haven't had a lot of LD experiences.

I think you probably just need to stabilize. My best way is to rub my kness and the ground which works better than my hands for me. Tasting, smeling, feeling, hearing and seeing things all help stabilize you and keep you in the dream. If there is anything edible around eat it and if you really need to lick a wall or something.
